Hiren Abhangi is a Chartered Accountant with more than 13 years of post-qualification experience and he is a Managing & Senior partner of ABhangi & Abhangi LLP. He is a expert in FEMA Compliance, International Taxation, and Cross-Border Transactions, with over a decade of experience advising multinational corporations, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals. As a Chartered Accountant, he has successfully guided businesses through complex international tax structures, Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA), and global compliance frameworks for cross border transactions and advisory.
He takes active part in professional organizations and currently he is a member of FEMA & International Taxation Committee of WIRC-ICAI and Executive member of Chartered Accountant Association Surat (CAAS). He regularly contributes articles in professional journals & compendiums and presents at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & its Branches, Social Media Platforms. He has conducted various seminars and workshops, sharing insights on the foreign exchange regulatory framework. With a deep understanding of global law policies and financial regulations, he equips businesses with the strategies needed to navigate international tax challenges efficiently.
